The Foundation’s grant application requests that applicants submit a causal model in tabular format, identifying indicators, baselines, and targets for specified activities/outputs, intermediate outcomes, and ultimate outcomes.  If included in your original grant application, please refer to that table, add a column entitled “Progress,” and supplement the information provided with measures of progress toward stated targets.  This table helps to give us a sense of where you stand with respect to you intended activities/outputs and outcomes.  We will read the chart in the broader context of your narrative.
