Restrictions and Limitations — Education Program Grants

The descriptions of our Education Program priorities explain the strategies we will support.   In addition, we have the following limitations:

  • The Foundation will not consider requests to fund student financial aid, individual scholarships or fellowships, construction, or equipment and computer purchases.  

  • In general, the Foundation discourages requests benefiting only individual institutions, except as these may explicitly relate to stated Foundation objectives.
