Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician

Chuck Ferreira is the Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician in the Foundation's Information Technology Department. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2007, Chuck worked for Epiphany/Infor, where he spent seven years in increasingly responsible end-user support roles leading to Senior IT Field Support Engineer.
