Overview
The Housing Accelerator Fund is a project of the San Francisco Mayor’s Housing Working Group in partnership with San Francisco’s affordable and mission-driven housing developer community. The fund is a centerpiece of the City of San Francisco’s strategy for addressing housing needs and will focus initially on key barriers to development of affordable housing. The fund employs a public-private partnership model focused on San Francisco specifically. Work will be coordinated through the fund’s governance structure with San Francisco’s other housing and economic policy priorities. Our grant support will help the fund develop and launch through its initial year of operations and growth.
