Joan Garretson

Joan Garretson is the Executive Assistant to the President and Director of Facilities.  In this role she supports the day to day activities of the president, manages the facility, and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors.  Before joining the Foundation, Joan spent 22 years in the corporate business world. Most recently she supported the president and managed the facilities of the dot.com start up, Centerpoint Broadband Technologies. Prior to that, she managed sales for Capetronic Group Ltd, an international computer peripheral manufacturing company, and she managed the manufacturing operation, Xidex Corporation, in Silicon Valley.

Joan studied business administration at San Jose State University.
