Overview
Home Forward is a provider of affordable housing in Oregon, and its mission is to assure that people of the community are sheltered. Home Forward, alongside its partner project, is re-envisioning its existing Pearl District property in Portland, Oregon, into a project called Framework, the nation’s first wood high-rise building. The purpose of this project is to protect and preserve the environment through a building demonstration project that uses a new sustainable building technology and will provide affordable housing for low-income people in Portland.
